学习与工作简历:
2000.2 毕业于东南大学,获博士学位。博士论文被评为江苏省优秀博士论文。
2000.03-2001.12 上海交大材料学院博士后,从事汽车用耐热镁合金的应用基础研究,获上海交通大学优秀博士后奖励基金一等奖。
2001.12-2008.12 上海交大材料学院副教授,硕士生导师,从事轻金属材料的研究和教学。
2008.12——至今 上海交通大学材料学院教授、博士生导师,从事新型金属材料的研究和教学工作。
其中:2002.9-2004.9 荣获日本学术振兴会(JSPS)研究奖学金,在日本東北大学金属材料研究所与国际著名材料专家井上明久教授合作,从事镁基大块非晶和准晶增强镁合金材料的研究工作。
 
研究方向一
1) 新型轻金属材料的组织控制与强韧化
2) 生物可降解医用金属材料及表面改性

研究情况
主持和参加完成的主要科研项目有:十五“863”重点项目“耐热镁合金及其在汽车上的应用研究”;先后主持两项国家自然基金项目,作为项目主要研究人员参与完成了两项国家自然基金项目。最近5年来连续主持承担了三项上海市基础研究重点项目的研究工作。在国外研究期间承担并完成了日本学术振兴会(JSPS)资助项目“镁基大块非晶和准晶增强超高强度镁合金的研究”。合著“镁合金科学与技术”(科学出版社,2007)。共发表材料研究领域学术论文50余篇,其中SCI收录 40余篇,SCI收录论文被引用400余篇次,多次应邀参加国际学术会议作大会发言。申请发明专利10项(授权6项)。荣获2007年上海市科技进步一等奖、2008上海市发明创造专利奖三等奖各一项。入选2007年教育部新世纪优秀人才,荣获2008年度上海交通大学“晨星青年学者奖励计划”SMC优秀青年教师奖。

承担的本科生专业基础课《工程材料学》的教学,连年被学生评为优秀。讲授的研究生课程也收到材料学院研究生的欢迎。
